The first person born with a Quirk in My Hero Academia was the Luminescent Baby. Born in Qing Qing, China, the baby emitted a bright light from their skin. After this moment people began manifesting powers called Meta Abilities. Society broke down as a result of this new era and superpowered criminals started terrorizing civilians. A understandable fear developed that evolved into a prejudice. In response to these criminals, vigilantes started to fight crime. All For One reach the peek of power during this era and used his Quirk to gather followers for his own ends.
When Chikara Yotsubashi was born he faced abuse and discrimination by society. His mother was supportive referring to his meta ability as “just a quirk.” Decades later she would later be credited as “the Mother of Quirks.” With the increased population of Quirk users (80%), society adapted creating the Pro Hero profession. Quirks can be diagnose by the presence or lack of an “extra joint in their pinky toe.” Quirks manifest by age 4 and can be built like muscles and can be overused causing drawbacks. Some Quirks can even cause the users lifespan to be shortened. They’re categized in generally three groups, Emitter, Transformation, and Mutant.
So which Quirk is the strongest? (I will only use Quirks currently in the manga).

10. Creation
Quirk Type: Emitter
The Quirk used by Momo Yaoyorozu allows her to materialize objects from her body. She can potentially reproduce any nonliving object regardless of complexity. Momo must know the “atomic configuration” of the object, then she imagines the parts, materials, then assembles the object. She can choose how much of the object she wishes to use. However, Momo needs time to create her objects. If she’s overwhelmed she can’t make anything. Her object she creates are limited to the amount of lipids in her body and the complexity.

9. Erasure
Quirk Type: Emitter
Shota Aizawa’s Erasure Quirk cancels the Quirk of anyone he looks at. By disabling the “Quick Facture” he prevents Quirk users from using their abilities. He only needs one part of his target’s body in order for his ability to take effect. Shota can target multiple Quirk users at once. This Quirk’s requires Shota to have the physical body in view. Furthermore, Erasure cannot work on mutant type Quirk appendages. Shota suffers from “dry eye syndrome” which limits the length of time he can use his Erasure Quirk.

8. Transform
Quirk Type: Transformation
Himiko Toga’s Transform Quirk grants her the ability to shapeshift into any person whos blood she has ingested. She can create a complete copy of the person (including the voice). She cannot replicate their personality and knowledge. The length of time she can transform is correlated with the amount of blood she consumed. Toga can mold the shape, texture, or “state of dress.” After her “awakening” Toga developed the ability to duplicate the Quirk of the person she transforms into. However, she cannot copy the knowledge of the Quirks she copies. Toga needs to know how the original user activates and uses their powers.

7. Explosion
Quirk Type: Emitter
Katsuki Bakugo’s Explosion Quirk allows him to “excrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms and ignite it at will to create explosions of various sizes.” He can create massive shock waves destroying whatever he hits. Katsuki is largely unharmed by the explosion, though he does experience recoil. The level of power each explosion possess is corollate to how much Katsuki sweats. This Quirk is hindered by cold weather. If he uses his Quirk to much he will develop pain in his arms and shoulders.

6. Half-Cold Half-Hot
Quirk Type: Emitter
Todoroki inherited his Quirk from both his father and mother. He can generate ice, frost, and cold from his right and fire, flames, and heat from his left. Todoroki cannot manipulate fire or ice from external sources but he can create it. Shoto has two means of offense. From his right side he can decrease temperatures and create solid blocks of ice. On his left, Shoto can ignites his left side and generate large scale walls of fire. Overuse of his fire can result in dizziness. What makes Todoroki’s Quirk so powerful is his ice side can be used to counter the consequences of his fire.

I loved your list of quirks, but I only could read from 10 to 6. For some reason the bottom of the page wouldn’t load. So could you just spoil it for me and say what your pick for the number one quirk is? I’m super curious! Is it one for all?
I split the list into two. I will post 5-1 tomorrow. I should have wrote that at the top of the posts. Sorry. One For All is in the top five. LOL.
