Opinion:

This episode was more relaxed in terms of action. I liked the fact that the Four Devas have joined forces with Nudist Beach. I find the “relationship” between Ira and Mako to be a interesting development.

Satsuki mother clearly has boundary issues, and I wondered what Shinra-Kouketsu is. I not surprised by Ryuko feeling like a “monster”, I can image that the new revelation about her mother and her being part Life Fiber has thrown her for a loop.
