70. Ash vs Paul
Ash leads with Pikachu and Paul use his Aggron. Aggron starts with Metal Claw, Pikachu counters with Iron Tail. Then Aggron uses Metal Sound, Ash tells Pikachu to use thunderbolt followed by Volt Tackle. Aggron stops Pikachu using Flash Cannon. Ash recalls Pikachu for Infernape. Aggron uses double edge, Infernape counters with Flare Blitz and they collide. Infernape is hit with recoil, Aggron is burned. Infernape uses Mach Punch knocking Aggron out of the battle. Next up for Paul is Gastrodon. Ash recalls Infernape for Staraptor. Gastrodon begins with Muddy Water, Staraptor gets a direct hit with Quick Attack. Staraptor uses Aerial Ace and Gastrodon uses Body Slam. Gastrodon use Water Pulse but Staraptor uses Close Combat to escape from under Gastrodon. Then Gastrodon knocks Staraptor down with Ice Beam, Ash subs Staraptor with Buizel. Gastrodon uses Ice Beam, Ash uses it to his advantage in combination with Aqua Jet. Buizel KO’s Gastrodon with Ice Punch.
The poison Pokemon Drapion is Paul’s next battler. Drapion attacks with Pin Missile, Buizel uses Water Gun as a counter. Drapion uses Cross Poison but Buizel dodges and uses Sonic Boom. Its blocked by Drapion’s Tail and Drapion captures Buizel in his claws. Buizel “inflates his flotation sack” and uses Water Gun to escape. Drapion uses Toxic Spikes poisoning Buizel then KO’ing it with Pin Missile. Ash sends Staraptor back out, and Paul quickly uses Pin Missile. Staraptor evades them and uses Ariel Ace, but Drapion captures it in it claws. Using Cross Poison followed by slamming Staraptor into the ground, Drapion wins. Torterra is sent out and is quickly poisoned buy Toxic Spikes, Drapion uses Cross Poison but is stopped by Energy Ball. Torterra uses Leaf Storm scoring a direct hit on Drapion. Drapion uses Pin Missile once again and Torterra uses Rock Climb which is blocked by Drapion. Drapion uses Poison Fang, but Torterra uses Synthesis but Drapion wins with Pin Missile.
Gliscor is used next, and Paul recalls Drapion for Ninjask. Ninjask uses its agility to increase its speed, and strike with Fury Swipes. Gliscor fails in its attempt to use Fire Fang and is knocked into the ground becoming poisoned. Ash recalls Gliscor and uses Infernape who is quickly poisoned. Ash plans to get rid of the Toxic Spikes, he has Infernape dig then use Flare Blitz burning the Toxic Spikes. Ninjask uses Giga Drain but its slower due to effects from Flare Blitz. Infernape knocks Ninjask out with Mach Punch.
Ash gives Infernape a rest and sends Pikachu out against Froslass, it uses Hail. Pikachu use his Thunder Bolt but its ineffective, he’s hit by Ice Shard. Volt Tackle is used but easily evaded, and Froslass uses Ice Shard. Pikachu gets a clean hit on Frosslass with Iron Tail. Pikachu is hit with an Ice Beam, and gets trapped but takes out Frosslass with Volt Tackle. Paul sends out Drapion and Ash calls Pikachu back and sends Gliscor out. Drapion starts with Pin Missile, Gliscor fly’s up and uses Stone Edge. Drapion counters with Cross Poison but Gliscor uses Giga Impact, Paul uses Pin Missile. Gliscor dodges the Pin Missile then fails to connect with X-Scissor. Cross Poison is uses but Gliscor quickly use Fire Fang that burns Drapion until it faints.
Paul is left with his final Pokemon, Electivire. Gliscor has taken a lot of damage, and Paul uses Thunder on the field resulting in Gliscor being hit by rocks. Gliscor tries to use Giga Impact but is caught an Knocked out with Brick Break. Ash sends Pikachu out and uses his speed. Using Quick Attack it hits Electivire and Pikachu gets caught in Electivire’s tails. Pikachu frees itself with Iron Tail, Electivire uses Brick Break while Pikachu counters with Quick Attack. They seem to be even, Pikachu uses Volt Tackle increasing Electivire’s speed. Pikachu fails to counter Electivire’s Thunder Punch and is knocked out with Brick Break.
Both Ash and Paul have one Pokemon left, Electivire and Infernape. Thunder punch and Mach Punch clash as both Combatants are equal. Infernape uses Flamethrower and is countered by Protect. Electivire uses Thunder and Infernape uses Dig. Infernape uses Flamethrower, and Electivire uses Brick Break. The seem even but thing appear to change as Infernape is grabbed by Electivire. To everyone’s surprise when Infernape activates its Blaze ability. In his new state Infernape uses Flamethrower, then a powerful Flare Blitz knocking out Electivire for the win.
69. Gaara vs Kimimaro
Kimimaro is hasty and attacks Gaara with ” finger bullets”, Gaara’s ultimate defense swiftly blocks them. Gaara goes offensive with his sand, but Kimimaro is too agile. He uses “Suna Shigure”, causing sand to rain to the ground. But it was a distraction designed to keep Kimimaro from noticing his feet. He grabs him with sand and covers Kimimaro with sand then uses ” Sabaku SouSou” crushing him. Kimimaro survives due to the strength of his bones. Gaara uses “Desert Avalanche” covering most of the forest with sand, including Kimimaro. He then compacts the sand with ” Desert Requiem”. Kimimaro emerges unscathed and in his curse seal level 2 form.
In this form Kimimaro isn’t being stopped by Gaara’s sand attacks. He manages to land a hit on Gaara breaking through Gaara’s sand shield. Kimimaro pulls out his own spine, and uses it to wrap around Gaara, who’s sand instantly protects him. Kimimaro releases his strongest bone, Gaara counters with his ” Supreme Absolute Defense Shield of Shukaku “. Gaara’s shield trumps Kimimaro’s bone, and Gaara uses sand to trap him under ground. Kimimaro uses his final “dance” and a series of bones protruded from the ground. Gaara uses his sand to lift himself and Rock Lee into the air. Just when they appear safe Kimimaro appears behind them, but he died’s before he can strike.
68. Grimmjow vs Ichigo
Ichigo and Grimmjow clash swords, with his spare hand Grimmjow use his cero. After trading threats with Ichigo, they begin to fight in mid-air. Looking to provoke Ichigo’s anger he uses his, Gran Ray Cero aiming it toward Orihime. Grimmjow finally activates his Resurrección, Pantera. They clash in mid-air once again, Grimmjow launches his ” Garra de la Pantera “. Ichigo initially dodges this but the projectiles are heading toward Orihime, he takes the hits. After being hit Ichigo’s mask begins to crack.
Ichigo removes the crack, and they continue to trade blows. Grimmjow gets slashed down the chest by Ichigo, leaving him to believe that he has won. He becomes angry that Ichigo would conclude that he could be defeated. Grimmjow releases his technique ” Desgarron “, he claims its his strongest attack. Ichigo shatters this attack and stabs Grimmjow through the chest ending the battle.
67. Mizukage vs Gaara
Mizukage shows his disappointment in the weakness of the Shinobi Alliance, commenting on how they assumed that he was the weakest Kage. Gaara states how his water is more like oil and destroys his sand. The Mizukage has rendered psychical attacks useless, by having a battlefield wide genjutsu. Onoki succeeds in destroying the genjutsu creating clam. Gaara gets the upper hand and attempts to seal Mizukage in sand. This fails as Mizukage activates his technique, ” Jokey Boy”.Hail begins to pour down, as a result of the steam from the explosion. Onoki explains that a “clone is made from oil and water found in Mizukage’s body”. The oil takes the form of a little boy, and has water inside.
As it moves the oil heats up as the water evaporates increasing its size. Then it explodes resulting in steam causing more hail, and continuing the process over again. Mizukage is very weak during this technique, an needs to hide. The clone itself is very quick, an saves Mizukage from sealing. The clone continues to attack, charging into Gaara but it turn out to be a clone. Before the clone explodes it turns into gold, Mizukage is shocked. Gaara uses gold sand from a previous fight and mixed it into his sand clone. The sand that was cold was enough to chill the gold making it hard, stopping the clone and ending the fight.
66. Nanashi vs Luo Lang
The final duel between Luo-Lang and Nanashi. This scene is hands down one of the best animated sword fights ever. The direction, sound effects, music, camera and overall drama are worthy of praise. I would recommend this movie just to watch this scene.
65. Naruto, B, Itachi vs Nagato
Itachi attacks Naruto with a “Fire Ball Jutsu”, B cuts it in half. Natsu uses ” Ban Shou Tenin” drawing Naruto in, Naruto counters with his nine tails chakra. Nagato summons two creatures to the battlefield. Itachi and B fight head on, Itachi uses his ” Red Tails ” jutsu. B blocks it by enlarging his hand and using it as a shield, he then uses a tentacle to attack Itachi from the ground. However, Itachi uses a genjutsu but the eight tails counters the genjutsu. B then uses his eight sword stance, meanwhile Naruto uses rasengen on the dog summon. Using his Sharingan Itachi activates a jutsu within Naruto, and a crow emerges from his mouth. This crow was planted with the intention of saving Sasuke but Itachi used it to free himself from Kabuto’s control.
Nagato use his Shira Tensei, and attacks B who response by using his ” Lariat “. Nagato uses his ” Perta Path ” to absorb his chakra. He uses the ” Human Path” on Naruto pulling his soul out. Before Nagato can absorb Naruto’s soul B intervenes using a sword, but Nagato is unfazed and chokes B with his mechanical arm. Both B and Naruto are saved by Itachi using his “Susanoo”. Nagato uses his most powerful attack, ” Chibaku Tensei “. While, Naruto and B panic Itachi uses his calmness to great effect. He concludes that the way to defeat Nagato’s attack is to send their most powerful to its core. This is a success and Nagato is sealed by Itachi ending the battle.
64. May vs Drew
May sends out Squirtle and Combusken, while Drew uses his Flygon and Absol. Squirtle starts of by using Rapid Spin, Flygon response with Sandstorm. Combusken rides on top of Squirtle. Combusken then uses “Mega Kick” on Flygon, but is blinded by Absol’s Flash. Absol lands a direct hit with ” Iron Tail”. May, orders Squirtle to use his Bubble and Combusken to use Sky Uppercut. Flygon dodges while Absol uses Razor Wind. It directly hits Combusken and forces a collision between May’s Pokemon losing her some points.Flygon uses Flamethrower and Combusken counters with Fire Spin.
Absol and Flygon use Razor Wind and Dragon breath in combination, both Squirtle and Combusken are hit losing May more points. Iron tail is used by Absol and Flygon uses his Steel wing attack. Taking note from a previous battle May combines water and fire attacks, Fire spin and Bubble. This does damage to Drew’s Pokemon costing him some points. Absol uses Flash while Squirtle uses Rapid Spin, Squirtle is unaffected by Flash. Flygon attacks Squirtle but it fails and Squirtle uses Bubble, while Absol uses Razor wind and Combusken use Fire Spin.
Squirtle’s Bubble makes a clean hit, and it follow’s it up with a direct Ice Beam knocking Flygon out. Absol strikes Squirtle with an Iron tail KO’ing it. With only two minutes remaining they continue their battle one on one, Absol verses Combusken. Combusken uses Mega Kick, Absol counters with Iron tail, then Razor Wind doing multiple hits. Combusken uses Fire Spin but it doesn’t work against Water Pulse. He begin’s to give off a lot of heat, Absol uses Razor again.
Then Combusken uses a powerful Overheat, May is behind in points and needs to take the lead before time runs out. Overheat is used again and so is Water pulse, Absol then uses flash. Combusken dodges the flash and lands a Mega Kick, then an Overheat. Absol uses razor wind it makes a clear hit, they now have less than a minute. Absol uses Water Pulse and Combusken response with a weak Overheat, and is hit with the Water Pulse. Combusken still stands and Absol uses Iron Tail, May counters with Sky Uppercut winning the battle.
63. 3rd Hokage vs Orochimaru
Orochimaru and the Third Hokage begin their battle. Orochimaru revealed he has created a ninjutsu that makes him immortal. He has also mastered the jutsu “Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation”. He uses this technique to summon the first to Hokage’s. The Third manages to stop the third coffin containing the Fourth Hokage. The previous Hokage show off their jutsu’s, the second Hokage uses massive water techniques showing tremendous water creating ability.
The first Hokage uses his “wood jutsu”, he also traps Sarutobi who then summons “Monkey King: Enma”. The Hokages can’t be “killed”, since their bodies simply regenerated. The Third decided to used the “Dead Demon Consuming Seal”, he sacrifice two Shadow Clones to seal the first Hokage’s. He fails to do so in regards to Orochimaru. However, he decided to seal Orochimaru’s arms. Preventing him from using jutsu’s. He succeeds in doing this and died’s smiling.
62. B vs Sasuke
The battle against B begins with Suigetsu attacking him with his sword. B is undisturbed and catches the sword. He handles both Suigetsu and Juugo easily. Sasuke takes be head on and during the exchange he manages to get the sword from B. B unsheathes his eight swords, and uses a odd stance. He then begins to attack Sasuke ferociously, his unorthodox movements make it near impossible for Sasuke to follow even with his Sharingan. Sasuke uses his Chidori Blade, but it doesn’t have any effect. B stabs Sasuke with several of his swords.Before he can finish him, Suigetsu interferes and saves him. Juugo gets a powerful hit on B, while Karin heals Sasuke.
With Sasuke, Suigetsu and Juugo working together they manage to get a brief advantage over B. B escapes but Karin locates him, Sasuke follows him. He uses his ” Number 8 ” on Sasuke, who deflects it. Then continues on to attack Karin, Suigetsu and Juugo. B attacks Sasuke but is caught in the Sharingan illusion, his eight tails beast wakes him. He surprisingly attacks with a devastating results, blowing ” his next and chest away”. Juugo use his ability to heal Sasuke, while B transforms into his beast form. B uses his Beast Bomb attack, Sasuke then uses Amaterasu. Sasuke manages to put the flames of Amaterasu, and captured B.
61. Simon vs The Helix King
The Helix Kings “Gurren Lagann” is named Razengan, he quickly begins to fight launching himself into the air. He attempts to attack Gurren Lagann creating a crater in the ground. He kicks Gurren Lagann in the air and hits it with a spin kick. It’s clear that Razengan is faster an more agile, Simon attempts to use Giga Drill Breaker. Razengan bites the head of the drill and breaks it. He then pins Gurren Lagann to the wall, and Gurren Lagann collapses to the floor.
The stand and go head to head with Razengan but Gurren Lagann is pierced by its drill. Simon ejects the head of Gurren Lagann and uses Lagann Impact. It fails however and both Razengan and Gurren Lagann clash with each of their own drills. Simon wins the exchange but The Helix King leaves Razengan, attacking Gurren with his bare hands. When The Helix King thinks he got the advantage, Simon surprises him by stabbing him in the chest with the core drill. He blows a hole in the kings chest ending the battle.
