The final episode of the Hidden Inventory, Jujutsu Kaisen arc, sees Geto Suguru face Toji Fushiguro. Will he fare better than Gojo? In the last episode Riko agrees to live her life and leave Tengen, however, Toji shoots her in the head. Enraged and a little heartbroken, Geto releases two cursed Spirits, Rainbow Dragon and the Vengeful Spirit: Kuchisake-Onna. The Rainbow Dragon attacks Toji who shoot his gun at Geto. Using a squid-like creature, Geto blocks the shots. Having avoided the Dragon, Toji begins to explain his heavenly restriction and the cursed spirit he uses to conceal his weapons.
“Throughout Heaven and Earth… I alone am the Honored One.”
Geto attacks again with the Rainbow Dragon but this time Toji effortlessly slices it in half. Suguru is shocked and claims that it’s hide is among the strongest. Toji is not impressed by cursed manipulation and calls it “a bunch of rubble.” He’s then caught in the simple domain of Kuchisake-Onna. The domain prevents Kuchisake and Toji from violence until her question “is she pretty?” get’s answered. He gives a dismissive response telling her that she’s “not his type.” Suddenly, his ear is cut by a scissor-like blade. Using the Inverted Spear of Heaven he destroy the other blades. Geto appears behind him and tries to absorb Toji’s cursed spirit.
Gojo returns
Unfortunately for him, Toji repels him and then slices Geto across the chest. He knocks him unconscious with a kick to the face. Toji kept him alive out of fear of releasing all the cursed spirits Geto may have stored. He leaves with Riko’s corpse. At the Star Religious Group’s headquarters Toji encounters A manic Gojo. Having just learned reverse curse technique and mastered Cursed Technique Reversal: Red, Gojo is able to get the upper hand against Toji. He’s able to avoid the assassins weapons without any effort.
With Limitless, Gojo is able to combine Red and Blue to create Hollow Technique: Purple! Unleashing this devastating attack, Gojo destroys Toji’s entire left side. Toji accepts his loss and tells Gojo of Megumi. He dies standing on his feet. Satoru and Suguru return to get the corpse of Riko. This moment marks a change in the two. While both see the humans as weaklings, and mourn the death of Riko, Geto starts to despise humanity leading to his becoming a cursed user. Jujutsu Kaisen will be on break until August 31st when the Shibuya arc will begin.
