He’s obsessed with woman, although he’s always ends up heartbroken. He particularly “loves” Nurse Joys and Office Jenny’s. The running gag in Pokemon is when Brock sees a beautiful woman he over reacts and is dragged away by someone in the group. It was originally Misty, but in Advanced Generation Max did it, followed by Croagunk in Diamond & Pearl.
Minora Mineta is the short hero named Grape Juice. He has the Quirk, Pop Off. It allows him to “produce and pluck ball-shaped objects from his head; the balls grow back just as fast as they’re plucked. If your American then you were subjected to constant reruns of the Saiyan Saga. When Dragon Ball Z finally moved on to another arc I was ecstatic. Technically the Frieza Saga only begins when the Z fighters begin fighting Frieza. I’m going to include the Namek Saga and the Captain Ginyu Saga. Together the arc makes the most sense. The Frieza Saga is almost exclusively the fight Frieza and Goku. At this point in the series, power levels still mattered. So witnessing Goku reach over 200,000 and of course Freiza’s power level of 1 million. With Gohan having his usually moments of epic rage, the humanization of Vegeta, and the first Super Saiyan, thee Frieza Saga is one of the greatest.

Kakashi, in particular, takes on the Deva Path. Konohamaru Sarutobi uses the Rasengan on the Naraka Path and the secret of the Pains is discovered. The main event, of course, is Sage Naruto vs the Six Paths. While most of the damage done to Konoha is erased by Pain, the sense of urgency going in was intense.

One of the issues that writers face when trying to establishing a power system is how strong should your character be. It’s a balancing act. If your main character is too strong they’ll have no challenge. If they’re too weak how can they win? If you want to have a series that’s entertaining you need to carefully consider this balance. Often creators will put some limitation, weakness or even depower characters. It can be clunky or convoluted. Ultimately, the “story breaker” power hinges mostly on the story told and not just the power itself. With the in mind, what are the top 5 story breaker powers in anime and manga:
I’m leaving Saitama (One Punch Man) out because his powers are suppose to be ridiculously strong.
5. Androids 17 and 18 have infinite energy (DBZ)
The two cyborgs have “infinite energy reactors” the give them limitless stamina. Furthermore they don’t age normally and can increase their strength through training. 4. Trafalgar Law’s Devil Fruit Ability (One Piece)
Law’s Room ability allows him to “control anything inside the sphere’s he creates.” He can “cut people to bits and rearrange them as he likes with the person still alive, swap around people and objects instantly, cut through whatever he wants including armored Haki and whole mountains, rip out organs, swap souls, and inflict an unhealing wound.” Law’s devil fruit drains his stamina, but it’s often to powerful to counter.

9. Meliodas vs The Ten Commandments
Meliodas is the “Sin of Wrath” of the Seven Deadly Sins, faces off against the Ten Commandments. I’ve heard about the manga Seven Deadly Sins and seen it promoted on Netflix, but I haven’t really decided to pick it up. This fight changed that. The title character Meliodas fights all ten of the commandments. Derieri, Drole, Estarossa, Fraudrin, Gloxinia, Grayroad, Melascula, Monspeet, Zeldris.

7. All Might vs All For One
The finally fight of this list is the epic battle between old enemies, All Might and All for One. My Hero Academia featured many battles that could have ended up on this list but this one had no equal. Backing the future of villainy, All for One aims to help them escape capture. He easily defeats the other top ten heroes, forcing All Might to engage.

6. Luffy vs Katakuri
Monkey D. Luffy and Charlotte Katakuri face off during the Whole Cake Island Arc in the Mirror World. This fight was a long one and largely saw Katakuri dominate Luffy. This is why the result of the match, Luffy’s win feels strange and unnecessary. One of One Piece’s most distinguish qualities is that the “main character” in this case Luffy doesn’t have to always win. Even in a later “fight” against Kiado, Luffy is easily defeated. So why did he win this fight?
Some fans wrongly suggested that this was typical plot armor, it wasn’t. However, I agree Luffy should have taken the lost on this. Regardless, we see Luffy reach another level as he introduces us to another form, Gear Fourth: Snakeman. The fight might be too repetitive and the victory was the wrong one. Regardless, it’s worth your time.

While, Meruem marvels at the abilities the Netero, he eventually finds that opening, tearing off Netero’s right leg.
Undeterred, Netero continues to attack. This time he loses his left arm. Netero simply prays with his one hand. The 100-type Guanyin Bodhisattva appears behind Meruem as he uses his “zero hand.” After the attack, the underground tomb is destroyed and Netero ages. Meruem is somewhat damaged, but not nearly enough to die. Netero, however, is near death. He sticks two fingers in his chest, activating a nuclear bomb.

Izuku continues to challenge Shoto’s resistance to using his fire ability. Shoto flashes back to his traumatic childhood. He recalls being abused and isolated from his siblings and how he came to hate his father. Izuku tells Shoto that, “his fire power belongs to him and only him.” Shoto finally activates his fire powers, his father Endeavor is delighted, both Shoto and Izuku gear up for their clash. The Anti- Spirals are beings that have abandoned spiral power, and stunted their own evolution. They are a collective unconscious that are attempting to avert a ” hypothetical event” called the ” Spiral Nemesis”. 48. Kisuke Urahara vs. Askin Nakk Le Vaar
This battle is the most interesting largely due to the fact that Kisuke finally uses his Bankai. The problem I had with this fight (and maybe this final Bleach arc) is that I CANNOT REALLY UNDERSTAND Askin’s power or Urahara’s Bankai’s powers. After Askin uses his Vollstandig, Hasshein which “will adapt to mutations in any “poison” he is resisting.” His description of his power is long winded. Anyway, Urahara attacks Askin, but he dodges. He uses his Gift Ring on Urahara’s eye, causing it to burst.
Realizing the danger that he’s in, Urahara releases his Bankai, Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame. The first time he’s using his Bankai, there’s not much information on it. Askin’s arm split open and he jumps back, resulting in his arm begin sewed back up. 46. Ichibe Hyosube vs. Yhwach
One of the difficulties witnessing this fight was knowing that Yhwach couldn’t loss to Hyosube. Regardless of what he did he was always going to fail. This is true of most, if not all the battles in anime. What’s different in this fight is you get the impression that Hyosube would have won if it made sense for the story. Hyosube is an interesting character. He manages to maintain his stern manner, while being upbeat personality. During this battle he’s ruthless, but manages to smile regardless.
His personality shines through, along with his power. He’s constantly condescending towards Yhwach, especially as he cuts Yhwach’s power in half. He’s given the title of “Monk Who Calls the Real Name,” he created the names for everything in Soul Society. He can manipulate “true names the metaphysical representations of sentient being – which grants him a certain amount of power over the target.” After Hyosube continues to outclass Yhwach in the battle, the later uses The Almighty. Now Yhwach “can see far into the future with his eyes opened, which allows him to know and understand all abilities.” This is largely an Ass Pull, but up until this moment the battle was exciting.

Sasori responses with his ” Secret Red Technique: Hundred Manipulation ” , which feature hundreds of puppets that destroyed a country. There seems to be a quality vs quantity principle in regards to the battle. Chiyo has better quality of puppets but Sasori has a larger number of them.
Chiyo gives Sakura a sealing puppet aimed at stopping Sasori. Sasori manages to escape and appears behind Chiyo with a sword and attacks. Sakura steps in between him and Chiyo taking a sword into the stomach. She attempts to heal herself while t pulling out the sword, but the poison prevents her from doing so.
