Sakamoto Days, Season 2, Episode 3: “Strong Assault”, Sakamoto begins his fight with Apart, while, Nagumo battles Minimalist at Sakamoto’s store. Sakamoto takes Lu and Shin to his favorite holistic healer, Granny Miya. Known as “God Hands”, she’s renowned for her healing powers. She tells Shin that he can only us his new powers for about “five minutes”. Granny also tells Sakamoto that he’s about 30% as strong as he use to be.
At the store, Minimalist threatens who he thinks is Sakamoto’s wife but it turns out to be Nagumo in disguise. He stabs Minimalist with a toy knife and prepares for battle. Meanwhile, Heisuke targets Apart. The serial killer manages to quickly get the upper hand and almost kill him before Sakamoto appears. Back at the store, Nagumo dominates Minimalist. He out speeds him, is able to disappear and evade detection, and has more strength than the killer.
Bored, he reveals his unique weapon, that has six weapons merged into one. He asks Minimalist to pick a number between 1 and 6. Pissed, Minimalist attacks but is stopped when Nagumo puts a die in his mouth with his slight of hand. Choosing the number 3, a scythe, Nagumo decapitates Minimalist without much effort. Sakamoto realizes that he cannot “slim down”, due to something Granny Miya did.
Turns out that Granny Miya did it to force Sakamoto to accept himself as he is. He quickly accepts her challenge and begins to turn the tables on Apart. However, Apart is just getting excited to face Sakamoto.
