Superalloy Darkshine, Crescent Eyebroll, and Feather defeat several monsters. Nearby, Double Hole and Green treat the injured Needle Star. Sekingar and Child Emperor try to address the heroes, but Mizuki interrupts while she and Gearsper struggle to drag Pig God down the stairs to the Monster Association. Kamikaze helps them and calms Iaian, who is visibly nervous.

Elsewhere, Gyoro Gyoro punishes the monsters who ran from the heroes earlier. It kills the cowards and feeds them to Orochi, then orders the remaining monsters to continue their missions and attack their assigned targets.

The remaining S-Class heroes move forward along their routes, with Kamikaze’s disciples following. Flashy Flash checks his transmitter data before encountering and instantly killing a group of monsters. He then runs into Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind. They praise his speed, but Flash immediately attacks, failing to kill them. During the fight, Flash questions who hired them. Wind mentions Aburabozu, but Flash says he already killed him, along with several other notorious criminals and even the leaders of the Coalition of Assassins.

Flashy Flash vs Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind

The fight escalates as Wind declares their ambition to rule the world and claims the ninjas of their village are the greatest threat. Flash challenges them to show their true forms. Flame and Wind transform and reveal their disaster level: Dragon.

The fight between Flashy Flash and the monsters Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind escalates as the two overwhelm him with their speed. The monsters keep constant pressure on Flash, but even when Flame uses Fire Release: Blazing Scattering Slash, Flash blocks it and counters with Heavy Flash Slash, aiming to break Flame’s sword.

Gale Wind acknowledges Flash’s skill, and both monsters abandon traditional ninja techniques, choosing to fight using pure speed and power. This change allows them to land several hits, making Flash cough up blood. Once Flash gets serious, he turns the tables, unleashing a rapid kick combo before finishing both monsters at once with Flash Slash, slicing them in half and killing them.

Child Emperor searches for Waganma

After the fight, Flashy Flash leaves the area and reaches a junction. He tries to check his position with his Locator, only to realize it was lost during the battle. Elsewhere, Child Emperor moves through the Monster Association base while monitoring the heroes. Sekingar observes alongside him as Child Emperor notices that Flashy Flash’s transmitter has stopped responding. A pig-like monster attempts to ambush Child Emperor, but it is immediately destroyed by his robot, Mini Octotank No. 8.

Child Emperor later finds the remains of a destroyed Metal Knight robot and notices that someone attempted to reassemble it, removing parts with expert precision. He realizes the Monster Association may have skilled engineers capable of using human technology against the heroes. Wanting to locate the hostage Waganma, he extracts data from the damaged robot, which reveals a detailed map of Waganma’s location.

This enrages Child Emperor, as he realizes Metal Knight had this information and chose not to share it. He calms himself by unwrapping a piece of candy, only to discover that Octotank has been destroyed. Phoenix Man appears behind him and asks if he is there to play.

Child Emperor verses Phoenix Man

Phoenix Man begins to monologue about his past and his role in the Monster Association before attacking Child Emperor, but he crashes into an invisible shield. As the monster struggles in pain, Child Emperor explains that it is a lightweight, foldable shield of his own design. Using multiple tools deployed from his backpack, Child Emperor defeats Phoenix Man.

He then rescues Waganma by releasing gas into the monsters’ cell while protecting him with a frog-themed gas mask. As they prepare to escape, Sludge Jellyfish appears and tries to crush Child Emperor. The attack is blocked by a defensive shield created from his umbrella. Child Emperor attempts to slice the monster before finally defeating it by soaking it in fuel and setting it on fire.

As they continue moving forward, Child Emperor senses an enemy ahead and sends a toy tank to scout. The tank is quickly destroyed, revealing Machine God G5. Child Emperor attempts to stop it with a high-voltage cage and a jamming signal, but G5 easily overpowers the attack. The episode ends with the machine advancing toward Child Emperor and Waganma.
