A monster looks on in terror as Pig God eats his fellow monsters after they mistakenly believe the hero would make easy prey. Pig God then grabs the remaining monster and shoves him into his mouth as he screams. Gums sneaks up from behind and swallows Pig God whole, but Pig God struggles and forces Gums to spit him back out. The two monsters then clash.
Elsewhere, Puri-Puri Prisoner is annoyed after Nyan escapes and continues moving forward. Superalloy Darkshine encounters Bug God and is briefly unsettled by the monster’s confidence, but quickly realizes Bug God’s power is far weaker than expected. Darkshine tells him that along with King and Tatsumaki, he is one of the three heroes you should never anger. Bug God transforms, sprouting four extra arms and wings, but Darkshine defeats him with a single punch.
Saitama shakes the Monster Association
The scene shifts to Saitama, who has already defeated several monsters when Overgrown Rover appears. Saitama offers Rover a bone, but Rover responds by firing multiple energy blasts that devastate the area. Saitama dodges the attacks and punches Rover hard enough to shake the entire Monster Association headquarters. The impact is felt throughout the base and even causes an earthquake on the surface, though the surface heroes remain unaware. After witnessing Rover get taken down in one hit, Nyan attacks Saitama from behind with Super Feline Retribution, but it has no effect. Frightened, Nyan immediately flees.
The episode then cuts to Gyoro Gyoro seated on his throne, assessing the state of the battle. Tatsumaki suddenly appears and asks if he is worried about the cadres being wiped out, then questions if he is truly the boss. Gyoro Gyoro welcomes her, saying she is someone he must handle personally. He introduces himself as the Monster Association’s military adviser and attacks Tatsumaki by using his psychic powers to hurl massive boulders and trap her.
Gyoro Gyoro vs Tatsumaki
Gyoro Gyoro attempts to crush Tatsumaki beneath a massive globe of rocks and compresses it, but Tatsumaki breaks free without effort. She fires a rock that punches through Gyoro Gyoro’s barrier and destroys one of its arms. The monster then reveals its true form, opening multiple eyes across its body. Gyoro Gyoro unleashes a Super Gravitational Wave, boosting the gravity in the area by 300 times, but Tatsumaki is completely unfazed and obliterates the monster’s body.
Gyoro Gyoro fakes its death to deceive her, but Tatsumaki sees through the trick and says she will extract its real body. Realizing it made a fatal mistake by challenging her, Gyoro Gyoro calls out to Orochi for help, but receives no answer. With no other options left, it attempts to negotiate with Tatsumaki.
Saitama defeats Orochi
Meanwhile, Saitama looks down into a massive hole inside the Monster Association headquarters. At the bottom, Orochi climbs upward to confront him. Saitama questions why monsters are living beneath his apartment, while Orochi acknowledges Saitama as a serious threat.
Saitama and Orochi finally face off. Orochi reveals that deep underground there is a mysterious shrine that portrays him as a god, and he believes Saitama has been brought there as a sacrifice. The battle takes place beneath Z-City, but it is short-lived. Saitama overwhelms Orochi and easily defeats the Monster King.
