The strike team moves into the abandoned ruins of Z-City. Twin Tail and Crescent Eyebroll take in how empty everything looks, and Child Emperor quickly realizes King isn’t with them. Gearsper explains that King went ahead alone to confront the Monster Association, which disappoints Child Emperor—he feels like King still doesn’t trust him. As One Shotter, Mizuki, Green, and Needle Star talk about King, Zombieman suddenly warns the group about an approaching threat. A massive horde of Mysterious Beings, led by Evil Eye, surrounds them.
Sekingar is shocked that Gyoro Gyoro would resort to this kind of tactic, and Feather prepares to fight. Evil Eye mocks the heroes for being so few in number, prompting Child Emperor to count more than 150 monsters closing in. Tatsumaki isn’t concerned, and Puri-Puri Prisoner tells everyone to stay behind him. Evil Eye uses his psychic powers to lift several buildings and reveals his backstory—he was a weak esper until monsters slain by heroes donated their eyes to him. Tatsumaki creates a barrier to protect the team from the initial attack but leaves them to handle the falling debris on their own. Puri-Puri Prisoner and Superalloy Darkshine rush in, managing to pull Shadow Ring, Narcissistoic, Gearsper, Green, and Food Battler Futoshi out of the collapsing wreckage just in time.
Fubuki vs Evil Eye
Sekingar calls out Tatsumaki for her attitude, but she blows him off, saying anyone who can’t handle a little debris should just get out of the way. Sweet Mask agrees. Tatsumaki then zeroes in on Evil Eye, who threatens to use her and Fubuki as test subjects by gouging out their eyes. That’s all Tatsumaki needs to hear — she’s ready to fight. A massive whirlwind kicks up as the monsters charge in and the support heroes jump into action.
We get a quick showcase of their abilities: Twin Tail’s Death Loop, One Shotter’s marksmanship, Green’s chlorokinesis, Narcissistoic’s “beautiful” attacks, Feather weaving through the air, Shadow Ring’s ninjutsu, Double Hole’s bizarre nose attack, Jet Nice Guy’s cyborg gear, Needle Star’s chain mace, Mizuki’s athletic strength, Food Battler Futoshi’s surprising agility, Strange Binding Shell’s rope skills, and Poison’s toxic knife.
Rhino Wrestler enters the fight
Sweet Mask takes note of Feather’s potential. Flashy Flash asks Shadow Ring where she learned her ninjutsu, but she hints it wasn’t from anywhere he’d recognize. Darkshine compliments Mizuki’s physique as she crushes monsters. Gearsper thinks he’s landed a major victory, but it turns out Bushidrill and Okamaitachi handled the enemies. Sekingar fires a laser from his mechanical eye, insisting he still plans to become a hero despite failing the exam.
More monsters show up, but Rhino Wrestler barges in next. Once only Tiger-level, Gyoro Gyoro claims he’s trained up to Demon-level. The support heroes take their shots, and Rhino Wrestler rates them: Needle Star at 25 points, Mizuki at 30, One Shotter at 15, Shadow Ring at 10, and Iaian at 69. As more heroes join the fight, Gyoro Gyoro watches everything unfold through a drone.
Atomic Samurai steps in
Atomic Samurai enters the battle determined to wrap things up quickly. He moves so fast that Rhino Wrestler doesn’t even realize he’s been sliced apart until he hits the ground. With his last breath, Rhino Wrestler ranks Atomic Samurai at a full 100 points. From there, Atomic Samurai immediately shifts to the remaining monsters and notices Flashy Flash tearing through enemies just as fast. Shadow Ring is stunned by Flash’s speed. Meanwhile, Superalloy Darkshine destroys monsters just by barreling straight through them, Pig God swallows one whole, and Puri-Puri Prisoner punches another into pieces. Tatsumaki descends with what’s left of Evil Eye, and even Puri-Puri Prisoner is surprised it kept its form—until Tatsumaki completely wipes out the remains.
Above the battlefield, Child Emperor slices Gyoro Gyoro’s spy drone clean in half. Gyoro Gyoro comments that he’s already seen enough of the fight, though he wishes he could’ve watched King in action. Still, from what he’s observed, he’s figured something important out. His focus turns to the group approaching him—one of them already annoyed about being summoned right as they were gearing up for a fight. The short, black, mysterious creature demands to know why Orochi, Nyan, a round monster, a scruffy man with a crown, and a grotesque monster were all called there.
Gyoro Gyoro punishes the cowards
Superalloy Darkshine, Crescent Eyebroll, and Feather make quick work of several monsters. Off to the side, Double Hole and Green handle first aid on a badly injured Needle Star. Sekingar and Child Emperor try to kick off a formal announcement, but Mizuki interrupts them as she and Gearsper awkwardly struggle to haul Pig God down the stairs toward the Monster Association’s hideout. Kamikaze steps in to help and reassures Iaian, who’s clearly on edge.
Meanwhile, Gyoro Gyoro tears into the monsters who ran from the heroes during the first encounter. It executes the cowards on the spot and feeds their remains to Orochi. The rest are warned not to slip up again and are ordered back out to hit their assigned targets.
