One Piece Episode 1110 Recap and Review: “Survive! Deadly Combat with the Strongest Form of Humanity!”

In the Command Room, Luffy, Lucci, Zoro, and Kaku struggle to inflict lasting damage on S-Bear and S-Hawk. Zoro realizes that the two Seraphim resemble King the Conflagration from the Beasts Pirates. Shaka is surprised that Kaidou had a Lunarian in his crew, but Zoro explains that he didn’t know King’s exact nature. Shaka figures out that King is Alber, who escaped Punk Hazard with Kaidou. He confirms that the Seraphim were created using King’s Lineage Factor.

Zoro then warns Luffy, Lucci, and Kaku to watch the flames on the Seraphim’s backs: when the flames go out, they get faster but lose their defense. He apologizes for not noticing the connection sooner, despite King’s distinct dark skin, black wings, white hair, and fire, much to the others’ annoyance. Shaka then leaves, telling Luffy he might know where Vegapunk is.

Nami vs S-Shark

In Building A, Nami’s group runs into S-Shark, who knocks Brook’s head off his body and seriously damages Edison. Despite S-Shark looking like Jinbe, Nami decides to fight back. She calls Zeus and has him use Raitei to electrocute S-Shark from the inside, hurting him while she sobs and apologizes to Jinbe. Just as Brook reattaches his head, S-Shark dives into the ground. Brook warns Nami to watch out, but S-Shark emerges and grabs her. Before Brook can retaliate, Sanji charges in and sends S-Shark flying, enraged and determined to beat the Seraphim to a pulp for hurting Nami.

S-Snake petrifies Lilith and Usopp

In Building C, Lilith is furious that S-Snake petrified York, so she shoots her with the Bubble Gun. The shot grazes S-Snake’s shoulder, causing her to fall over. Lilith explains that the bubble was made from the energy of the sea, and since S-Snake has blood synthesized from a Devil Fruit user, she’s vulnerable to it. Franky tries to subdue her, but S-Snake quickly recovers and knocks him away.

She then fires a laser at Usopp and Lilith, but Franky traps her under a large bubble. S-Snake pleads that she is suffering, and Franky hesitates, giving her the chance to break free and petrify part of his body with Perfume Femur. Lilith fires several bubbles at her, but S-Snake dodges them all and charms both her and Usopp, turning them into stone with Mero Mero Mellow.

Shaka’s assassinated

Underground, Shaka discovers all the Cipher Pol agents and Dr. Vegapunk trapped in an old lab once used for Devil Fruit research. Shaka is baffled by this sight when Vegapunk asks who is with him. Shaka turns to see who Vegapunk means, only to be shot in the head, shocking everyone. As Shaka collapses, Vegapunk hears approaching footsteps, his face filled with horror. It goes without saying the Strawhat’s and the Vegapunk’s are screwed. At least for now. The Seraphim are extremely difficult to fight against, especially because of the amount of different abilities they possess.

I think Luffy probably will have to transform into into Gear 5 form to win. However, the reveal that the Seraphim’s Green blood grants them the Devil Fruit users weakness to “sea energy.” This might be a promising discovery but I’m not sure many of the Strawhat’s will make use that weakness but the Vegapunk might.
