One Piece Episode 1095 Review: The Shocking Truth About Egghead Island!

The Straw Hat’s battle the Seraphim, S-Shark the clone of Jinbe. The Seraphim are an interesting addition to the series. At first it difficult to tell if their robot’s or biological clones. The Seraphim are a special kind of Pacifista or human weapons. Originally, Pacifista were clones of Kuma but Dr. Vegapunk has expanded his research and the result is a superior model the Mark 3 and the Seraphim. According to Sentomaru, the are so expensive they cost equally to that of a Marine battleship.

It’s not clear how much the Seraphim cost but it’s probably more than a Mark 3. Each of the Seraphim are childlike cyborgs modeled after one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Boa Hancock, Mihawk, Kuma, Jinbe, Doflamingo, Gecko Moria, and Crocodile. They have been mixed with lunarian Lineage Factor and augmented with Green Blood. The lunarian species are a race of people capable of creating fire from their body. They resemble humans mostly expect for several distinctive traits, black feathered wings, silver hair, and brown skin.

A product of the Lunarians

King was considered the last living member of the race. Lunarians possess the unique ability to “ignite,” their body and manipulate fire to create fire blasts or physical attacks. They possess great vitality and resilience that is close to invulnerability. However, the flame can go out. When this happens the lunarians gain speed. The lunarians have gone extinct for reasons that haven’t been revealed yet. The World Government hunts lunarians with a massive sum for anyone. This would imply that the Government is responsible for the genocide or extinction of the lunarians.

Dr. Vegapunk used the Lineage Factor of King to create the Seraphim and grant them the Lunarian appearance and abilities. They have some cyborg abilities like built-in lasers. Finally, the “green blood,” is a man made substance that mimics Devil Fruit abilities. The Seraphim are definitely powerhouses who have given a number of abilities that make them formidable, Dr. Vegapunk believes that they’re “the strongest form of humanity in the history of the world.”

The Strawhat’s fight S-Shark

Robin, Sanji, Usopp, and Nami try to fight S-Shark. He’s equipped with Fish-Man Karate and the Sui Sui no Mi Devil Fruit ability. Lilith, Edison, and Pythagoras are manipulating S-Shark to help it evolve and grow. Using the shoes that the Strawhat’s put on, Pythagoras forces them into the direction of S-Shark’s laser beam. Luckily for the crew, Shaka intervenes and send S-Shark away. He reveals that Egghead Island is actually “from the past,” an island just like it existed 900 years prior.
