The Cross Guild flip the script on the Marines by offering bounties for killing them. Vice Admiral T-bone is the first causality. The Navy covers the cause of his death but it was a poor civilian. Marine Vice Admiral Tsuru reminds Sengoku that “other people ant money.” The murder happened in the Pepe Kingdom, where according to Tsuru “thousands of people die of starvation every year.” They discuss the increased risk that this new dynamic produces. How can Marines risk their lives for citizens while fearing that they will be killed by them?
Sengoku sees the Cross Guild as a massive threat to the Navy and its morale. When Hina appears, Sengoku asks her where Garp is. She tells him that he went to rescue Koby. Elsewhere, Buggy congratulates the murder for becoming a “master of evil.” He actually send the mans family the money. Personally, I thought he might not go through with the payment, being a pirate and all. If he didn’t though the new system Buggy create wouldn’t function for too long. Eventually other would be killers would expect to be ripped off and wouldn’t go though with the bounties.
Chairman Buggy
The expensive ship that Buggy paid for is finished but his supporters have made the head of the ship in Buggy’s image. He’s shocked. Mihawk and Crocodile aren’t pleased. They torture and beat him. Buggy regrets joining him. He tells them that their dreams are “small scale.” He’s resentful of Shanks after he abandoned their dream of getting the One Piece. Buggy says that he want’s to be “King of the Pirates.” Mihawk and Crocodile have no interests in going up against the current Four Emperor’s. Buggy tells his crew mates that he wants to go after the One Piece much the Crocodile and Mihawk’s displeasure.
The episode shifts to the Revolutionary Army on Kamabakka Queendom Island, where Vice Captain Ushiano, Vice Captain Gambo, Vice Captain Jiron, and Vice Captain Ahiru rushes to meet the ship carrying. The rest of the Revolutionary Army are excited to hear that Sabo has returned. When we last hear of him it was implied that he might have died. Sabo, Ivankov and Dragon discuss what really happened at Levely.
