As Deku races towards the school, everyone stares in horror as Bakugo lays on the ground without a heartbeat. Tomura mocks the heroes as he asks “who’s next.” Using his “fingers,” Tomura grabs Mirko. She laments that if she was only a little faster and “killed him back during the War, none of this would happen.” Tomura tells her that she shouldn’t blame herself as other heroes were present and are failures as well.
Elsewhere, at Kamino, Shoto and Ingenium are shocked to see Dabi isn’t dead and has used Shoto’s Phosphor move to “reinvigorate” himself. Dabi calls out to Skeptic, who informs him that Endeavor is at Gunga Mountain Villa fighting All For One. While they recover, Hawks and Endeavor witness All For One full recover from the injures he once suffer at the hands of One For All and Endeavor. Tsukuyomi recognizes that All For One is using Eri’s Quirk to restore himself. All For One reveals that the “rewind” effect will cause him to “vanish,” but before he does he wants to save Tomura from the heroes.
All For One returns
In America, Timothy Agpar triers to encourage the President to attack Tomura. However, the President claims that due to Timothy’s actions America is already in the “red.” They and other nations hope to appease Tomura hoping he’ll spare them. Timothy objects to being “ruled over and robbed of everything they have,” someone like Tomura.
He pulls out a picture of a young Star and Stripe with All Might. He feels that she’s died for nothing. He tries to remind the President that “children observe the adults growing up, the adults support them and in turn, they pass this forward to the next generation; it is why the Heroes wield their power, in the name of this cause.”
Bakugo resurrected, Deku’s arrival
At the U.A. Flying Fortress, Edgeshot appears and claims that because of his Quirk he’s capable of repairing Bakugo’s body. He will replace whatever is lacking in the heart of Bakugo. Using Ninpo: Thousand Sheet Pierce – Zenith, he declares that he will become Dynamight’s heart. Tomura isn’t pleased and prepares to attack them, but Mirko kicks him in the face. She loses her other arm in the process. Tomura wonders why he’s so sluggish. He believes that it’s due to Bakugo’s last attack and the “fear” he felt. Mirko is able to unleash a “Luna Rush,” on an unexpecting Tomura.
Overwhelmed and enraged, Tomura’s body morphs into it’s “optimal shape.” With his body in optimal shape he quickly dispatches Mirko, Suneater, and Nejire. He targets Best Jeanist, Lemillion is at first paralyzed by fear. However, he finds some courage to distract Tomura by mooning him with his ass. Mildly amused, Tomura doesn’t notice that Deku has entered the barrier. Deku attacks with a Smash, finally prepared to square off against Tomura.
