Colon alerts everyone that the Great Eirik has returned and asks if they are heading straight to the pub. Brogy denies it and says their course is instead the “Sun World.” A woman hands Colon a basket to deliver to Ripley and their father. As he leaves, Colon asks if she knows anything about the pirate Dorry and Brogy brought, recalling Shanks telling him Luffy’s name and urging him to remember it.
A rainbow forms leading up to the giant tree as the Great Eirik begins sailing toward it. The Straw Hats are stunned by the sight, but Brogy explains it was created using something called a “painter.” The ship sails up the rainbow toward the villages. The Straw Hats are confused by the idea of traveling on something intangible, while the Giants treat it as completely normal. Hajrudin and Stansen sail alongside and ask if Luffy is with them, but are told he will arrive later.
Meanwhile, Luffy climbs back up the rope bridge leading to the tree and lands in Gerd’s hands. She apologizes for Road’s actions while Goldberg asks what he was doing in the Underworld. Luffy recalls his conversation with Loki and the warning to keep it secret. He attempts to explain, but his poor lying quickly raises suspicion, and the Giants drop the matter, simply relieved he made it to Elbaph safely.
Road catches up
In the Sun World, Road catches up to the crew and goes after Nami and Chopper, but Zoro and Sanji stop him by knocking a tree down on top of him. Luffy arrives with Gerd and Goldberg, and the two giants quickly take Road out with a finishing blow. Afterward, Gerd and Goldberg introduce themselves and offer to guide the crew. Luffy and Usopp immediately run off toward the village, while the rest stick with their new guides.
At the same time, the group riding the rainbow gets a breakdown of Elbaph from Brogy. He explains that the country is split into three levels: the Underworld, the Sun World, and the Heaven World at the top. Their destination is the Sun World. Once they reach the top, they reunite with Luffy and the others. Luffy is shocked that they traveled by rainbow, but everyone is excited to be back together.
At the end of the episode, explorer Louis Arnote narrates his past journey through Elbaph and leaves a cryptic warning telling travelers not to overstay their welcome.
