Higuruma activates his Domain Expansion: Deadly Sentencing, which reflects the “courtroom with guillotine.” Yuji tries to attack Higuruma but his domain prevents violence from everyone. Judgeman begins. Yuji tries to defend himself but doesn’t have the evidence. Yuji is guilty
Ultimately, he fails to defend himself and is found guilty. His sentence, “confiscation”. Higuruma attacks with his gavel, that he can transform at will. He surprisingly good at hand to hand combat. He increases and decrease the size of his gavel, as well as its length. Yuji, without his cursed energy, is still a physical powerhouse. However, he’s on the defensive throughout the fight. He demands a “retrial”, ending the fight. This time Yuji is accused of mass murder that Sukuna committed.
Shockingly, Yuji admits his guilt. Enraged, Judgeman declares Yuji guilty once again. This time he’s sentenced to confiscation AND the death penalty. With this penalty, Higuruma’s gavel transforms into an Executioner’s Sword, that can instantly kill its target with one cut. Higuruma tries to understand Yuji’s confession. He knowns that he’s innocent and can’t go through with the execution. Yuji is able to land a massive punch on him, knocking him into the seats.
When Yuji asks why he stopped the attack, Higuruma responds that “the absence of reason or control signifies non-components. He adds that Sukuna was in possession of the body and since Yuji didn’t surrender control willingly, he is innocent”. Yuji reminds him of why he got into law. He gives Yuji his points creating a rule that: allows players to transfer points between one another. He’s sure to mention that it must affect the score calculation surrounding cursed technique removal as well.
