Okarun saves Momo just in time, stopping the Evil Eye’s grudge ball from hitting her. He rushes her to the top of the lair and reveals the Tsuchinoko’s plan—to flood the area with venom while hiding underground. Okarun tells Momo to escape while he stays behind to confront Jiji. She hesitates but agrees, promising to return. In Turbo Granny form, Okarun launches her upward using a chair. She nearly misses the exit but powers through and escapes.
Back inside, the Evil Eye appears, ready to kill. Okarun stands his ground, furious over Momo’s injuries. Momo tries to throw him a rope, but it falls short. Desperate, she remembers something from her past with Jiji and hatches a plan: set the house on fire and force the firefighters in.
Meanwhile, Okarun is getting overwhelmed. The Evil Eye traps him in a cursed space and beats him down as Tsuchinoko’s poison keeps breaking Jiji’s body apart. But when the Evil Eye threatens Momo, Okarun snaps. Fueled by rage, he grabs his face and unleashes a flurry of squat punches, smashing through the cursed space and knocking the Evil Eye out. His final words: “You made me mad.”
Okarun nearly collapses from exhaustion but quickly pushes through, determined to get back to Momo. He tracks down the Evil Eye and heads deeper into the lair—where Turbo Granny is still stuck in the Tsuchinoko’s slime. She’s relieved when Okarun shows up… until he gets trapped too. Now both are stuck and calling out for Momo.
Meanwhile, Momo’s in hot water with the cops after setting the Enjoji house on fire. As the sun sets, she begs the firefighters to hose down the ground, then gets arrested. But just as she predicted, the Tsuchinoko bursts out of the soaked earth. Remembering a childhood lesson from Jiji—that worms can’t stay underground when flooded and dry out in sunlight—Momo spots it hiding behind the house. She tears the building down with a fire truck, forcing the creature into the sun. It shrivels up and collapses.
Momo approaches carefully, but the Tsuchinoko suddenly twitches and vomits up the entire Kito Family—alive but grossed out. The family matriarch chews Momo out for killing the beast anyway. Momo brushes it off—she has to save Okarun and Jiji. But before she can move, a volcano erupts in the distance, signaling the next threat.
