Sakamoto Days, Season 2, Episode 2: “Just Desserts”, Shin isn’t able to maintain his new abilities and collapses from exhaustion. Before Saw can take advantage, Lu high off ethanol, attacks him from behind. Her latest, “drunken”, form, Triad Mode, is far more sadistic than she normally is. She outspends him, drags him by his hair, pins him to the ground, then sabs his wrist with a shovel. Saw begs for mercy. However, considering the fact that he did do the same for his victims, Lu denies his request.

So, he tries to flee. Shin and Lu catch him and knock him out. As they pass out, Saw escapes. He threatens a cab driver to give him a ride and is killed by one of the assassins. When Shin and Lu wake up, were introduced to the “floaters”, who are the cleanup crews for when assassins have destructive fights in public. Elsewhere, Osaragi and Shishiba, eat outside a shrine. Osaragi is concerned that all the serial killers will be killed before she can get one.

She heads to the shrine to pray for a encounter with a serial killer. Her prays are answered when Dump ambushes her from behind. Despite her appearance, Osaragi seems to have super strength, speed, and is immune to pain, as she doesn’t flinch, when Dump impales her with one of her spikes. Osaragi kills Dump with a chainsaw of sorts. Later, Kashima is attacked by Apart. The serial killer wants to prolong his stay and hoped to eliminate his “boss”.

However, Kashima’s body is mostly robotic and he survives getting cut into pieces. Towards the end of the episode, Minimalist, heads to Sakamoto’s store where his wife is alone. I can’t imagine Sakamoto left his wife unprotected with these threats around. I wonder how much damage the serial killer will do before he arrives. It appears that Sakamoto and his crew, as well as, the Order assassins, are all stronger than the serial killers. As long as the fights are entertaining I won’t care but they need some stakes.
