The Hero Association staff meet to talk about the recent attacks. Sitch declares Garou a Dragon-level threat. Some of the staff suggest calling Blast, but Sitch reminds them that Blast works on his own. Narinki gets frustrated with the Association’s response, but Sekingar promises they’ll save his son. Later, Sekingar meets with Superalloy Darkshine, Pig God, Tatsumaki, and Drive Knight to plan their next move, while Child Emperor keeps searching for the Monster Association’s hideout.
Kamikaze and his disciples finally make it back to headquarters after spending the whole day looking for the base. Sweet Mask shows up too and makes it clear he doesn’t agree with Kamikaze’s decision to bring his disciples into the fight. Meanwhile, Puri-Puri Prisoner leaves Smelly Lid Prison and starts heading toward A-City. Child Emperor tries to get Bofoi to join the assault, but Bofoi refuses again, annoying him.
Garou awakens
Fubuki tries to rally Saitama and his friends, but none of them take her seriously. Everyone has an excuse not to help. Saitama heads out to look for Garou — and to buy more cabbage. At the same time, Narinki orders his private squad to go rescue his son from the Monster Association.
Garou wakes up inside the Monster Association’s headquarters. Nearby, Narinki’s Private Squad—who were captured earlier by G5—are brought before Gyoro Gyoro for judgment. When several monsters try to attack the squad, G5 stops them and convinces Gyoro Gyoro to let Do-S handle things. She quickly takes control, turning the mercenaries into her love slaves. Later, Garou is summoned by Orochi himself. Orochi gives him a challenge: bring back the head of any hero within one day to prove he’s worthy of becoming a Mysterious Being. To make sure he follows through, Gyoro Gyoro assigns Bug God and Royal Ripper to watch over him.
