Stussy reveals herself as Vegapunk’s spy, having infiltrated CP0 for the past twenty years. Despite her efforts, she is unable to stop the Seraphim from destroying the laboratory due to her lack of authority to override Lucci’s orders. Zoro begins fighting S-Hawk, recognizing it as the Seraphim modeled after Mihawk from its eyes. Edison tries to stop the Seraphim, as he has the authority to override Lucci’s orders. S-Shark fires a laser at him, causing an explosion.
Lilith is saved by Franky, and it is later revealed that Sanji rescued Edison from the explosion, saving them both. The Seraphim, now following Edison’s orders, cease fire and join his side. Additionally, Stussy restrains Lucci and Kaku with Seastone handcuffs, nullifying their Devil Fruit abilities. After sharing the news with the allies in the control room, Shaka prepares to leave Egghead, inviting Stussy to join him on the Thousand Sunny.
One of the Five Elders sails
Luffy and Chopper search for Vegapunk and Bonney in the damaged laboratory, as they must locate him before leaving. Despite their efforts, they cannot find him because he has disappeared. On the island of Sphinx, Whitebeard’s hometown, children inform Marco about an incident that took place during his absence. Since the island was not affiliated with the World Government, Marine forces invaded in search of Whitebeard’s treasure.
The Marines held the locals at gunpoint, demanding information about the treasure’s location, which the locals did not know. Fortunately, Weevil rescued them by attacking the Marines and forcing them to retreat. Weevil’s mother then reveals to Marco that the Marines returned with Ryokugyu and captured Weevil. She tells Marco that, although he doubts Weevil is Whitebeard’s son, Vegapunk can confirm their relationship. Meanwhile, Kizaru sails toward Egghead as his subordinates prepare tea for him. Kizaru serves the tea to his superior, who is revealed to be Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, one of the Five Elders.
It’s about time we get to see one of the Five Elders in action. With Kizaru as well, Luffy and the Strawhat’s may find themselves in a much more difficult position. It seems like Marco might come to the Island. He clashed with Kizaru during the war with the Marines. Will they face off again? What I do know is the Strawhat’s and their allies aren’t leaving Egghead Island soon.
