Kuma flies through the air towards the red line. Meanwhile, CP0 prepare to force Dr. Vegapunk to leave at any cost. With Sentomaru unconscious, the Seraphim are now under their control. Dr. Vegapunk explains his importance to the Strawhat’s. Vegapunk has made innovations in navigation technology with Sea Prism Stones, modified animals turning them into cyborg animals, creating the Pacifistas, and Seraphin, and most importantly his study of the Devil Fruits. Dr. Vegapunk stats that he never intended to rebel but the World Government believes he does.
Vegapunk believes that the Strawhat’s appearance was “fate.” Franky and Usopp are excited to potentially have the smartest man alive on their ship. Nami on the other hand, doesn’t want the heat from the CP0. Kuma finally crashes into the Red Line, scarring the civilians. Meanwhile, Vegapunk and his satellites debate what to do as Lucci orders all ships destroyed, and escape routes blocked.
Kizaru is preparing to arrive
Suddenly, the Frontier Dome is deactivated. Lucci thinks it’s a trap but Kaku decides to risk it. Lucci sees the Sunny and decides to destroy it. Kizaru is one his way to Egghead Island with a fleet of Marines. He’s aware of the alliance between the Strawhat’s and Dr. Vegapunk. There’s clearly a spy in the Vegapunk camp. It might be a robot that has been hacked or one of the satellites. I bet on one of the satellites. Dr. Vegapunk could be a powerful ally for the Strawhat’s, however, I don’t think he would become a main member of Strawhat’s.
Most likely he’ll die here or become a member of the Revolutionary Army. The Sunny not in danger as Zoro is still on it. I think this is a clear setup for a rematch between Zoro and Kaku. Many fans of One Piece consider Kaku’s Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe to be one of the more silly devil fruit transformation. There’s something about the shape of a Giraffe that is so awkward when fighting. Regardless, Zoro is too strong for Kaku and he’ll likely still lose. Finally, Kizaru arrival is going to be exciting. I’m anticipating him fighting against Luffy. He might cause a lot of damage to the Strawhat’s before he does. Luffy vs Kizaru will be epic.
