Nacht joins Asta against Lilith and Nahamah

Inside the sun, the fused devil unleashes more magic, but Asta cancels it out again. Liebe appreciates Asta for helping a low-ranking devil become strong enough to fight the highest-ranking devils. The fused devil starts panicking because Asta is unphased by their attacks. They begin experiencing an unfamiliar emotion. Liebe realizes that the devil is feeling fear. When the fused devil notices that Asta only has one minute left in his transformation, they flee to wait for his time limit to run out.

Asta struggles to keep up, and once they gain enough distance, the fused devil gloats about crushing him, his companions, and all of humanity. However, Nacht appears from their shadow on a piece of ice and restrains them long enough for Asta to catch up. Asta crosses his two swords and cuts the devil into several pieces. Immediately afterward, Asta and Liebe reach their time limit and separate. As they fall, they cross their marked wrists in celebration.

Magna Swing vs. Dante Zogratis

Magna Swing and Zora Ideale infiltrate the Spade Kingdom castle and make their way to Dante Zogratis’s chamber. There they interrupt Dante’s attack on Jack the Ripper, with Zora covering the room in ash while Magna hits Dante in the chest with an Exploding Fireball. Unfazed, Dante calls them weak peasants, but Magna tells him that they’re there to rescue Yami. When Dante claims that the two of them have no chance of defeating him without Anti Magic or Arcane Stage magic, Magna corrects him, saying that he’ll be fighting Dante alone. Dante laughs at him and threatens to kill him for the insult. Trembling, Magna remembers when he and Zora could only watch as Dante and Zenon attacked the Black Bulls and kidnapped Yami. Confident in his strength, Dante decides not to use his magic and allows Magna to attack him however he wants.

Magna launches another fireball, which hits Dante in the chest and activates his Soul Chain Deathmatch spell. Dante is confused by the chain and notices that his magic power is being reduced. Magna receives half of Dante’s magic power and is surprised by just how much power Dante has. He then creates a knuckleduster on his right hand and punches Dante in the face. Dante is shocked that Magna’s attacks can now hurt him, and Magna explains that the chain evenly splits their total magic power. He also warns Dante about what will happen if he tries to break the chain before declaring that he’ll crush him.

Magna packs a punch

Magna creates another knuckleduster and punches Dante in the stomach, causing him to cough up blood. Angry, Dante punches Magna in the face with Heavy Infighting. Magna reminds him that he said he could attack him all he wanted, but Dante tells him to shut up and calls him a thief. Dante then uses his Presence of the Demon King spell, but Magna manages to withstand it because their magic power is equal. He follows up with another punch to Dante’s chest. Afterward, Dante heals his injuries and explains that his Body Magic can undo everything Magna does. He then unleashes a barrage of punches and tells Magna to regret challenging him. Magna manages to dodge one of the attacks and lands a punch on Dante’s nose, sending him crashing to the ground.

Furious at being knocked down, Dante gets back up and sends several chunks of the floor flying toward Magna. While Magna is busy punching the blocks away, Dante turns one of them into a sword and swings it at him. Magna manages to dodge the attack but gets hit from the side by another block. Although Magna lands another punch on Dante’s shoulder, Dante simply heals the injury. He then points out that even though Magna’s spell has brought their magic power to the same level, the fight is still unfair because Dante can heal while Magna continues to accumulate injuries. When Dante claims that someone like Magna could never entertain him, Magna silently agrees but refuses to give up. He then punches Dante’s hand aside and steps in closer. The two exchange a series of blows as the fight continues.

Afterward, Magna is covered in injuries while Dante continues to heal himself. Dante gloats that reality is unfair and that Magna’s efforts were always going to be pointless. However, as Dante prepares to finish him off, his magic power runs out and his connection to Lucifero disappears. Laughing, Magna points out that Dante has never had to worry about running out of magic because of his overwhelming reserves. Stunned, Dante realizes that he can no longer use his magic, but then points out that Magna has run out as well. Before he can say anything else, Magna silences him with an uppercut. Desperate not to lose, Dante punches Magna in the cheek, but Magna lands another punch at the same time, knocking Dante unconscious. As Dante falls to the floor, the chain connecting them crumbles, and Magna lets out a triumphant yell.
