A man stares out of the window watching the civilians going through their daily lives. He is disgusted, but a voice inside his head disagrees. The media continue to discuss the retirement of All Might. The man feels that the change that has effected the average civilian is most is the accession of Endeavor. All Might meeting All For One

This chapters focusing on the view of a villain is very interesting. First we aren’t told who the man, later revealed to be Jin Bubaigawara aka Twice. The views of Jin are more nuanced than expected and I was invested in his opinion. It makes sense that with All Might’s retirement, villains would take advantage. However, the resurgence of villains will likely result in the same in heroes. Jin reminded me of Rorschach from Watchmen, with his mask and his monologues. I hope this continues to be a trend in this series, I really enjoyed it.
